Which muscle building supplement worked best for you?
What results did they give you etc? im wanting to buy a muscle building supplement and would like to know which is the best. thanks.
Protein supplements are important since most people don’t get 1+ grams per pound of bodyweight like they’re supposed to, to build muscle. I like optimum 100% whey after I workout for quick absorbtion and optimum casein protein before I go to bed to slowly absorb as I sleep. Other than getting protein I say Gaspari Size-On is one of the best single supplements out there.

Hi, i’m using Shapeworks Program. The N.R.G, Formula 1 and 3 protein and the herbal concentrate tea. I noticed that my energy endurance is longer and muscle recovery is faster.

I like to keep it simple with a good whey protein.
However, the summer I used a Creatine monohydrate, I put on 15 pounds.

I use pretein products more and have to say that most of the products dont really deliver what they say on the tin.
So I would recomend you eat healthy, with alot of calories to bulk up, with protein and carbs for your weight range and the type of body you’re after.
Also I would like to add that the difference of protein (whey/ casein) may need to be taken in to consideraton.
Also your post workout meal with alot of protein then Carbs which also must be taken into consideration when you’re choosing.
All I can give you are guidelines as I have no idea of your body type, the amount of training you’re doing.
