What muscle supplement is best for me?

I am currently training for football in the Fall and getting in shape for track in the Spring. I work out atleast 5 days a week alternating arms and legs and I run a couple of miles a day. What would be the best supplement for me?

Summer is the time for football players to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I am a football player myself, and I take 3 supplements that everyone knows works. Whey protein for the size (cyto-gainer is a great one I’ve gained 8 pounds with it in a month). Creatine for the strength, and Glutamine for the recovery. If you take these 3 supplements everyday along with eating well, then you will see crazy results.

    whey protein would be best to heal that muscle tissue and allow it to grow, whey protein comes packed with some amino acids aswell but if you want to take some more you can buy some tablet amino acids or l-glutamine.

    if your running out of energy fast and find your muscles are drained quickly take creatine.

    thats all you should need anything else doesnt play such a large role in what your aiming for.
